About the role
Data Scientist within the Business Intelligence team, focused on applying analytics to support decision-making and improve understanding of markets, customers, and business performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver predictive and descriptive analytics solutions, including forecasting, classification, segmentation, and anomaly detection.
- Manage end-to-end analytical workflows—data ingestion, transformation, modeling, validation, and stakeholder communication.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define questions, select appropriate methods, and translate insights into practical recommendations.
- Build scalable workflows in Databricks, create visualizations and dashboards in Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint, and ensure analytical rigor through validation and best practices.
- Stay current with AI and data science advancements, contribute to team standards, and support agile delivery and documentation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s in a quantitative field, with at least 3 years of experience applying data science in a business setting.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Desired experience includes Databricks, Power BI, version control, and familiarity with BI, market, and competitive intelligence applications.
- Ability to communicate insights effectively and deliver practical solutions in a fast-paced environment.
