Responsibilities
- Design and test dynamic pricing models and incentive structures.
- Model our acquisition channels (Organic, Paid, Referral, Ambassadors).
- Analyze referral and sharing behaviors to calculate K-factor and identify product changes.
- Identify specific user behaviors leading to long-term retention.
- Build models to predict at-risk users and intervene in churn prevention.
- Own the granular analysis of demand and supply funnels, optimizing the CRO funnel.
- Ensure experiments move metrics with statistical significance.
Requirements
- A "Grinder" mentality: relentless curiosity and a passion for solving complex growth problems.
- Growth native: fluent in CAC, LTV, ROAS, K-Factor, Churn, and Cohorts.
- Product fluency: understanding of product growth loops and ability to execute and extract insights from A/B tests.
- 5+ years of experience in consumer marketplace or high-growth B2C apps, ideally.
- Expert-level SQL skills and proficiency in Python/R for modeling.
- Experience with growth stacks (PostHog, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, Segment) and visualization tools.
