Skill Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Python for data analysis, machine learning, and model development
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar) to communicate findings effectively
- Proficiency in SQL and working with relational and non-relational databases
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model validation techniques
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and analytics environments
- Understanding of data pipelines, ETL processes, and data engineering concepts
- Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and best practices for data management
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to present complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience documenting methodologies, models, and analytical findings for reproducibility and auditability
Responsibilities
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies that drive business insights
- Develop, validate, and deploy predictive models and machine learning solutions
- Design and deliver reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate findings clearly
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into analytical approaches
- Support the development and maintenance of data pipelines and workflows in cloud-based environments
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and adherence to governance standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or related fields
- Active Secret clearance
