Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and refine algorithms and applications that translate complex data into actionable insights to address real-world business problems.
  • Conduct large-scale data experimentation and analysis, utilizing predictive modeling, statistics, and advanced analytics techniques to extract valuable insights from structured and unstructured data.
  • Design and build data-driven applications, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate analysis results and enhance organizational decision-making.
  • Detect data anomalies, identify issues, and implement corrective measures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data-driven models and tools.
  • Develop and optimize artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning frameworks for both training and inference.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical staff and engineers, to explore, collect, and compile data from diverse sources for meaningful analysis and prediction.
  • Drive the development of scalable models and ensure successful implementation across various applications and client-facing solutions.
  • Support troubleshooting for service offerings using proprietary analytical platforms, commercial tools, and custom scripts.
  • Establish and promote standard methodologies for data science, including modeling, coding, analytics, and experimentation.
  • Contribute to the research and development of innovative data science approaches and support product development initiatives as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 6 or more years of professional experience in data science with a Bachelor's degree, 4 or more years with a Master's degree, or 2 or more years with a PhD.
  • Experience To Be Considered: Proficiency in machine learning frameworks and artificial intelligence fundamentals. Advanced expertise in data analysis, data science, and data mining techniques. Strong programming skills for developing and optimizing data-driven solutions. Experience in predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and working with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement visualizations, dashboards, and data communication tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills to effectively present complex insights to diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, contributing to shared goals.
  • A proactive and innovative mindset, with a passion for solving complex business problems through data-driven approaches.
  • Active GitHub profile demonstrating: Personal or collaborative software projects. Experience with Python or similar languages. Exposure To Generative AI / LLM-based systems Prompting or basic agent development concepts. Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to work on applied engineering problems.
