The Role
Lead cross-functional initiatives at the intersection of transportation operations, operations research, AI, and business strategy.
Partner with operations, technology, product, finance, and executive leadership to deploy analytics and AI solutions.
Serve as the enterprise champion for Agentic AI adoption, ensuring responsible and measurable implementation.
Co-create solutions with operations and planning leaders, and collaborate with IT, data engineering, and platform teams.
Design and deploy operations research and analytics solutions for scheduling, fleet allocation, demand forecasting, and service optimization.
Translate advances in operations research, machine learning, and agentic systems into operational solutions.
What You'll Need
- Master's/PhD in a quantitative field such as Operations Research, Computer Science, or Mathematics.
- 7+ years of industry experience in transportation, logistics, or complex operational environments.
- Deep expertise in optimization, simulation, statistical modeling, and machine learning, with strong Python programming skills.
- Prior experience operating in highly cross-functional settings and delivering solutions in cloud-based enterprise environments.
- Experience leading or designing agentic AI systems and explaining complex AI concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- A commitment to responsible AI deployment, particularly in safety and equity-sensitive systems.
