About the role

GRVTY is seeking a Data Scientist with a TS/SCI + Poly clearance to join one of our top projects in McLean, VA. GRVTY has supported this customer on many sub-projects of the largest technology program in the Intel Community since our founding in 2013. Responsibilities

• Apply analytic techniques and tools to perform technical targeting analytic support for the Sponsor across a spectrum of mission spaces, including exercising analytic judgement on presented data.
• Manipulate high-volume structured and unstructured data to perform analysis and generate mission-relevant analytic reporting and products.
• Use computer languages (e.g., Python, C, SQL) to perform large-scale parallel processing of the Sponsor’s data, complementing ECL.
• Perform large-scale parallel processing of data and develop, validate, and use methodologies to support analytic requirements in clustered computing environments.
• Perform data modeling.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance (applicable to this customer).
• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience with ECL and HPCC.
• Demonstrated experience using analytic techniques and tools for technical targeting analytic support.
• Demonstrated experience manipulating high-volume structured and unstructured data.
• Demonstrated experience using computer languages (e.g., Python, C, SQL) for large-scale parallel processing.
• Demonstrated experience performing large-scale parallel processing of data and developing methodologies in clustered computing environments.
• Demonstrated experience with data modeling.

Nice-to-have Qualifications

• Educational or practical experience in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) field.

Pay

Virginia Pay Range: $150,000—$250,000 USD.
