Data Scientist – AI, Analytics & Forecasting

Responsibilities

• 50% Advanced Predictive Modeling & Forecasting
  • Build, test, and sharpen advanced models to boost forecast accuracy
  • Apply cutting-edge algorithms to crack tough supply chain challenges
  • Deploy and own models in production—keep them fast, stable, and reliable
  • Partner with IT and engineering to seamlessly integrate models into the business
• 30% Data Analysis & Digitalization
  • Dig into complex data to uncover trends that drive smarter demand decisions
  • Build sleek dashboards that turn insights into instant clarity
  • Automate data and reporting workflows to boost speed and efficiency across the organization
• 20% Project Management & Mentorship
  • Own projects end-to-end from idea to measurable impact
  • Be the go-to expert driving data science strategy and best practices
  • Mentor and elevate the team through coaching, reviewing, and delegating for growth

Requirements

• Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Math, or similar quantitative field
• 0–8+ years’ experience building and deploying predictive models (more years may be considered at a higher level)
• Strong skills in data science, machine learning, forecasting, and coding in Python, R, or similar
• Ability to translate data into insight using visualization, SQL, and modern BI/data engineering tools (e.g., Power BI or equivalents)
• Agile, hands-on mindset with experience streamlining workflows and managing code with Git or similar
• Able to own complex projects, mentor others, and eligible to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship
• Supply chain or demand planning experience is a plus, not a prerequisite
• Must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization
• Due to applicable export control laws, candidates must be a U.S. citizen, national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum

We provide zero or low-emission power generation solutions, including gas turbines, steam turbines, and generators under one roof.
