Data Science Specialist - Fully Remote | Up to $150/hr

Headquartered in San Francisco, our investors include Benchmark, General Catalyst, Peter Thiel, Adam D'Angelo, Larry Summers, and Jack Dorsey. This is a contract Data Science Expert role paying $100–$150/hour, fully remote.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated artifacts for usability in data science contexts.
• Identify and correct factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors.
• Provide clear, structured written feedback to improve AI model outputs.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance training data quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

Must‑have:

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Data Science at a top firm in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand.
• Native or professional fluency in English.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Preferred:

• Advanced degree (Master's or higher) from a reputable institution.
