Data Science(GenAI) Project Manager
Location: Waltham, Massachusetts (On-Site)
About the role
We are seeking a driven Project Manager to lead the delivery of multiple data science initiatives from start to finish within a fast-moving, high-impact environment. Our team is looking for someone who can combine exceptional project leadership with strong technical fluency to turn complex data into actionable insight.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of 2-3 data science projects concurrently from initiation through completion.
- Define project direction, scope, timelines, and deliverables in close partnership with business stakeholders.
- Collaborate across technical and non-technical teams to ensure insights are actionable and aligned to business needs.
- Staff project pods with internal data scientists and external contractors or consultants, and contribute hands-on Python support when needed.
Requirements
- Exceptional project management, change management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in AI/ML tools and techniques, including GenAI and Agentic AI.
- Experience with cloud computing; Azure is a plus.
- Masters degree in a quantitative discipline, with exceptional candidates considered with a Bachelors degree or Masters degree in progress.
