Data Science / AI Analytics Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytically driven Data Science / AI Analytics Specialist to join our Power Solutions Group, a $3B/year business unit within the semiconductor industry. This role is a strategic hire aimed at improving forecast accuracy and accelerating the adoption of AI-driven analytics across a diverse product portfolio. You will work directly with the Vice President of Product Marketing Management, contributing to high-impact initiatives that shape our forecasting, revenue planning, and decision-making processes. This is a unique opportunity to influence the future of AI integration in a complex, global business environment.
Responsibilities
- Analyze historical and real-time data to identify patterns, trends, and forecasting gaps
- Support the design and execution of AI-based forecasting pilots across product segments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, operations) to align forecasting inputs and outputs
- Develop and refine predictive models using machine learning techniques
- Create dashboards and reporting tools to visualize forecast performance and business impact
- Contribute to the development of a long-term AI adoption roadmap
- Present insights and recommendations to leadership in a clear, actionable format
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI-related analytics
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and modeling (e.g., regression, classification, time series forecasting)
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Solid understanding of business operations and forecasting principles
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the semiconductor or electronics industry
- Familiarity with cloud-based ML platforms (e.g., Azure ML, AWS Forecast, Google Cloud AI)
- Exposure to cross-functional collaboration in a matrixed organization

Work Model & Location
This role is based in Scottsdale, AZ. Occasional travel may be required for team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
