About the role
The Quality Control Data Reviewer III is an integral part of the Curia team and is responsible for supporting the manufacturing department and external customers. The role involves testing of raw materials, in-process, end product, and stability samples using various analytical instrumentation.
Responsibilities
- Review data generated from various analytical instrumentation including GC, HPLC/UHPLC, IR, DSC, UV-Vis, Karl-Fischer auto titrator, Optical rotation, Dissolution, etc.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness and integrity by reviewing compendial testing (USP/NF, EP, JP) and Curia In-house methodologies.
- Verify traceability of samples, standards, reagents, instruments and their usage logs, calibrations, and shelf life.
- Support QA initiatives, investigate OOS results, and ensure compliance with cGMP and company SOPs.
- Collaborate with external labs to review data and ensure compliance with site procedures.
- Provide training to new hires and attend internal and external training sessions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Natural Science, Pharmacy or equivalent
- Minimum 5-8 years' experience in QC operations or relevant industrial experience
- Experience in cGMP or GLP pharmaceutical industry environment
- Knowledge of various analytical instrumentation and complex analytical techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to apply mathematical concepts and tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and instrument manufacturer-based systems
- Understanding of FDA GMPs, ISO 9001 and 13485
