Data & Reporting Sr Associate - CRE Servicing - Remote US

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Compensation: $100,000 – $140,000 annually.

This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a Real Estate & Construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and technology teams to enhance the reporting platform
• Follow the software development lifecycle to maintain reporting standards
• Create complex t-SQL statements and stored procedures for data extraction
• Build reports, data extracts, and visualizations for stakeholders
• Mentor junior staff to improve their reporting skills and quality of work

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent experience in the field
• 5+ years of reporting experience, with at least 1 year in a mentorship role
• Proficient in building t-SQL statements and using SSRS
• 2+ years of experience in commercial real estate required
• Familiar with agile methodologies and the SDLC
