Job Overview
Atlantic Group is hiring a Data & Reporting Manager (Asset Management) in Boston, MA for our client, supporting data governance, reporting, and data quality initiatives within an investment management environment.
Responsibilities
- Data Governance: Develop and maintain data governance standards, policies, controls, and reporting procedures across the organization.
- Data Quality Management: Monitor data integrity, investigate discrepancies, and support remediation and process improvement initiatives.
- Reporting & Analytics: Support reporting infrastructure, dashboard development, data accessibility, and reporting accuracy initiatives.
- Metadat & Documentation: Maintain governance documentation, data lineage records, metadata frameworks, and reporting transparency standards.
- Automation & Process Improvement: Support automation initiatives, AI-readiness efforts, and workflow enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with finance, operations, investor relations, compliance, analytics, and technology teams on governance and reporting priorities.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field is required.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience within data governance, data management, asset management, financial services, or related analytical environments is required.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of private equity, investment operations, financial reporting, governance controls, and data architecture concepts is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Experience with data governance frameworks, reporting tools, Power BI, metadata management, automation initiatives, and AI-assisted workflow tools is preferred.

Pay
$135,000 – $155,000/year + bonus
