The Data Quality Specialist maintains clear separation between confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions while executing data quality processes. All decisions reflect the operational context of a Philippine travel agency handling diverse travel services.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate data quality processes with dashboard reporting, ensuring each checkpoint includes a visible source, owner, status, and next action.
- Review and track role documentation with status updates, maintaining traceability and accountability.
- Document data validation with deadline management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting for data quality initiatives.
- Reconcile quality control with workflow management, surfacing repeated errors before they cause downstream rework.
- Apply data accuracy while tracking evidence and deadlines in a data-focused workflow.
- Document process compliance and issue escalation decisions to maintain clarity in reasoning.
- Exercise judgment in follow-ups, especially when data quality depends on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
- Ensure role-specific handoffs meet process compliance, workflow management, and data validation standards before closing tasks.
Qualifications
