The Data Quality Specialist ensures data and reporting remain reliable, traceable, and actionable across multiple business functions. Work must visibly separate confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions while maintaining clear ownership, status, and next steps.
Responsibilities
- Reconcile data quality with dashboard reporting, ensuring each checkpoint includes a visible source, owner, status, and next action.
- Coordinate documentation and status tracking for consultant roles, maintaining transparency in data quality workflows.
- Review data validation with deadline management, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Document processes and reporting to maintain traceability and compliance.
- Maintain quality control and workflow management to prevent downstream rework.

Work must meet a strong data quality standard, ensuring:
- Completed work is traceable and unresolved items have clear owners.
- Repeated errors are identified and addressed before causing downstream issues.
- Data remains usable under the specific demands of business consulting, marketing, communications, customer engagement/support, events, operations, and professional development.
Skills & Capabilities
- Use Swift 7 Consultants Workflow Context and Data Analysis confidently in a data quality-focused environment.
- Apply data accuracy while maintaining evidence and meeting deadlines.
- Document process compliance and escalate issues with clear reasoning.
- Exercise judgment in follow-ups, especially when relying on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
- Ensure role-specific handoffs meet the test of deadline management, source verification, and dashboard reporting.
Position Details
Full-time, associate-level role. 100% remote within the United States.
Pay
Base salary: $50,000–$75,000 per year.
