Gould & Ratner LLP is seeking a Data Privacy & Cybersecurity Equity Partner to join its Corporate Practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney interested in expanding their business, stepping into meaningful client relationships, taking on a leadership role, and being part of the Firm's overall succession plan.

Responsibilities

• Take on a leadership role within the Firm's Corporate Practice
• Expand and develop meaningful client relationships
• Lead an intellectual property practice with minimal oversight
• Manage multiple matters at a time and produce exceptional work product under tight deadlines

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Exceptional leadership skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Qualifications

• Currently licensed in Illinois or licensed in another state with a UBE score that qualifies in Illinois for comity, be eligible to waive in, or be willing to sit for an upcoming IL bar exam
• Portable book of business required
