Responsibilities

• Conduct data protection impact assessments and audits to evaluate compliance with privacy laws and internal policies.
• Monitor and analyze changes in privacy regulations to recommend updates to policies and practices.
• Develop and maintain data privacy documentation, including privacy notices, consent forms, and records of processing activities.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to assess data handling processes and recommend technical safeguards.
• Report findings and recommendations to stakeholders and provide guidance on privacy best practices.

Requirements

• Experience in data privacy compliance, including GDPR, CCPA, or other regional regulations.
• Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and audits related to data protection.
• Strong understanding of data privacy frameworks, policies, and governance structures.
• Ability to analyze complex regulatory requirements and translate them into actionable policies.
• Familiarity with data security principles and technical controls for protecting personal data.

Pay

$31 - $60/hour
