About The Role As a Staff Data Platform Engineer at BetterUp, you will play a critical role in shaping and maintaining our scalable, enterprise-grade data systems that underpin our data products and capabilities. You will leverage your expertise to architect, build, and optimize data infrastructure that directly influences the lives and well-being of thousands of users worldwide.
