About The Role As a Staff Data Platform Engineer at BetterUp, you will play a critical role in shaping and maintaining our scalable, enterprise-grade data systems that underpin our data products and capabilities. You will leverage your expertise to architect, build, and optimize data infrastructure that directly influences the lives and well-being of thousands of users worldwide. This role offers a unique opportunity to operate at the intersection of DataOps, MLOps, and Infrastructure, supporting both analytics and AI-driven product innovation. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across various departments to understand their data needs, standardize tooling and processes, and ensure data security, privacy, and governance are upheld.
