This role will lead technical work focused on cloud-enabled scalability, reliability, and delivery excellence. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a Real Estate & Construction environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Administer Databricks workspace, including upgrades and Delta table management
- Oversee Unity Catalog governance and access control policies
- Optimize Spark jobs for performance and cost efficiency
- Define platform standards for data management and governance
- Collaborate on Azure infrastructure operations and resource provisioning
- Provide support across multiple platforms including ADF and Cosmos DB
- Manage CI/CD workflows for data pipelines from development to production
Qualifications
- 5+ years in platform engineering or data operations within a production environment
- Expert-level Databricks administration skills
- Strong knowledge of the Azure data services ecosystem
- Identity and access management experience with Azure Active Directory
- Hands-on experience in ADF pipeline design and orchestration
- CI/CD experience using GitHub Enterprise for data pipelines
- Proficient in Python and/or SQL for automation and tooling
Pay
$125,000 – $150,000 annually
