Data Operations Engineer

About the role

Serve as the operational backbone of the product organization, collaborating closely with engineering, deployment, and commercial teams to ensure smooth product delivery and alignment. Act as the primary link between Product Engineering and Deployment, enabling new features and managing technical feedback. Support Go-To-Market efforts by driving technical enablement and refining pricing strategies. Define and track key metrics to optimize product and company performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage data labeling operations, coordinating internal and external teams to ensure high-quality training data.
• Operate technically with a strong understanding of APIs, data structures, and engineering constraints, while applying operational rigor.
• Communicate effectively across engineering, sales, and operations, aligning teams towards shared objectives.
• Create documentation, dashboards, and automation to improve processes and prevent issues.
• Be a problem-solver, capable of working on spreadsheets, code, or strategy meetings to address critical challenges.

Requirements

• 3+ years in technical or operations-focused roles such as Product Operations, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Program Management.
• Strong analytical and technical aptitude, with the ability to solve problems using technology.
• Experience working in multi-stakeholder environments, balancing strategic and executional tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, disciplined, systems-oriented, and impact-driven mindset.
