About the role
The CardPointe Data Migration Specialist plays a crucial role in the secure transfer of credit card data on the CardPointe Gateway platform. This position involves planning, managing, and executing import and export tasks, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and project commitments.
Responsibilities
- Perform Data Import/Export (tokenization) tasks for production and testing environments
- File transformation of incoming data requests
- Communicate and train stakeholders on engagement processes
- Plan with stakeholders regarding project management and execution timelines
- Work with partnered teams to determine process improvements and manage job requests
- Manage and oversee process and tool operations across ISV, Agent, RISO, and Enterprise sales channels
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally
- Technical proficiency, including understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, MySQL, Oracle DB, PHP, Python, and JSON-based, RESTful APIs
