About the role
Traffic has been slow but steady. The Toyota Production Engineering (PE) division's Plant Engineering (PLE) department is seeking a web application developer to join their innovation and competitiveness team. This role will focus on building and supporting applications aimed at enhancing efficiency and reducing lead times for the department's team members.
Responsibilities
- Develop and support web applications using Power Apps and Power BI
- Learn and continuously improve team processes (PEPS)
- Work with M365, SharePoint, Co-Pilot, Azure, and Forma (Autodesk Construction Cloud)
- Show and/or discuss examples of previously developed systems/applications
- Experience with AI tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Requirements
- Working knowledge in developing web applications (Power Apps & Power BI)
- Ability and desire to learn new technologies
- Proficient in M365, SharePoint, Co-Pilot, Azure, Forma (Autodesk Construction Cloud)
- Must be prepared to show and/or discuss examples of previously developed systems/applications
- Experience developing AI tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Qualifications
- Experience working as part of a Scrum team
- Experience building web applications using M365
- Proficient in Forma (Autodesk Construction Cloud) and BIM Models
- Automotive or other manufacturing/engineering industry experience
