Data Manager

About the role

The Data Manager will manage and oversee the IT application services function for Data Governance, Data Lakehouse and MDM. They will work closely with the business community, IT staff, and management in support of core processes and critical business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Direct activities and projects related to the assigned to the team, including project initiation, planning & analysis, development, testing/user acceptance, deployment, and ongoing production support.
• Ensure the Project Life Cycle is followed and appropriately applied; participating in all phases, as well as ensuring appropriate test plans are established and implemented for assigned projects.
• Monitor responsible parties for data integrity and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Monitor service levels of production systems and compliance with service level agreements and ensure that program documentation, including flow charts and test cases, is developed and maintained for all assigned applications.

Requirements

This position is located in our Sarasota office and is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, (3 days in office and 2 remote).

Qualifications

• Experience managing IT application services functions for Data Governance, Data Lakehouse and MDM.
• Proven ability to lead and manage projects from initiation through completion.
• Strong understanding of data governance principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the business community and IT staff.
• Ability to develop and maintain program documentation, including flow charts and test cases.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $118,864-$183,051 annually.

Schedule

This position is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, (3 days in office and 2 remote).
