Data Management Supervisor
Qualifications
- Interviewing, hiring, and training employees
- Planning, assigning, and directing work
- Appraising performance
- Rewarding and disciplining employees
- Coordinating the workload/training of data services staff
- Communicating information to case management organizations
- Ensuring accuracy of data entry and integrity with FSFN related requirements
- Participating in training and development activities
- Reporting any acts, incidents or conditions reflecting inappropriate youth-to-youth or staff-to-youth relationships
- Reporting any use of physical force and all unusual incidents
Responsibilities
- Oversight and daily operation of Children’s Network of Hillsborough functions
- Directly supervising the Data Management Specialists
- Ensuring calls/emails are answered promptly and creating tickets with required information on children’s placements
- Communicating information to case management organizations
- Managing the workload of Data Management Specialists to prevent backlog
- Ensuring accuracy of validation of payments
- Ensuring accuracy of data entry and integrity with FSFN related requirements
- Performing other duties as assigned
Pay
Children’s Network of Hillsborough’s standard business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. This position is an in-office based position that averages 40 hours per week. Work hours may vary outside of these standard hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed to meet operational demands. All hours worked will be compensated in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and agency policies, including applicable overtime and other compensation requirements.
