Data Management Analyst
Bessemer Trust’s CCO – Data and Tax Operations group supports key operational functions critical to delivering exceptional service to clients and advisors.
About the role
The Data Management Analyst will join the Data and Tax Operations department, supporting workloads in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines and gain knowledge of various systems and applications.
Responsibilities
- Support the workload and collaborate with the Data and Tax Operations teams to meet deadlines and obtain knowledge of various systems and applications.
- Assist department supervisors with the identification of data issues, process improvements, and strengthening procedures as needed.
- Acquire knowledge about validation rules, new data fields/values, queries, operational tables, data structures, and definitions that impact data processing and maintenance within the trust accounting systems and applications, including maintaining relevant documentation.
- Assist with concurrent projects that improve data, processes, or user experience to increase efficiency and reduce errors, including collecting requirements, sequencing activities, and creating documentation.
- Monitor project progress and milestones.
- Work independently and on a team to build relationships throughout the organization.
- Collaborate with internal counterparts, including Legal and Compliance, Global Plus Support, and Oracle database developers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3–5 years of corporate experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access).
- Experience with PL/SQL, Jira, Informatica IDMC, Apex, FIS Global Plus, or Robotic Process Automation is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with various business, operational units, and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Solid work ethic and innovative thinking.
Pay
The base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000 per year. This position may also be eligible for participation in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan and other compensation programs as applicable.
