About The Role Rex.zone is hiring for remote, full-time data labeling roles supporting production AI/ML systems. You will create high-quality training data across text, images, audio, and video, including LLM evaluation, RLHF preference ranking, content safety labeling, named entity recognition, and computer vision annotation. This work directly impacts training data quality and model performance improvement. What You Will Do Label text, image, audio, and video data per task-specific annotation guidelinesPerform LLM evaluation: rating, ranking, and rationale writingExecute RLHF workflows (preference comparisons, instruction-following checks)Conduct QA evaluation (self-checks, peer reviews, gold-set calibration)Tag entities/relationships for NLP tasks like NER and classificationAnnotate computer vision data (boxes, polygons, segmentation masks, keypoints)Apply content safety labeling for policy complianceDocument edge cases and propose rubric clarifications You Are a Good Fit If You Have Experience in data labeling/data annotation or QA evaluationStrong written English and consistent rubric adherenceComfort with structured guidelines and frequent policy updatesHigh attention to detail and integrity in labeling Pay Competitive hourly rate: $30–$50/hr (USD).
