DATA INTELLIGENCE SPECIALIST (HYBRID-CHARLOTTE, NC)

Job Summary

This position is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data flow into and through various technology platforms. Duties may include on-boarding new business partners, creation of master data, linking to master data, and root cause analysis to support the Foodbuy revenue tracking model, and to drive key analytics and business initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain master data (customer, distributor, manufacturer, & contract) from external sources in a standardized format
• Ownership of larger or more financially impactful business partners
• Link external data to master data
• Affirm accuracy of inbound data through analysis and troubleshooting
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure business objectives are met
• Build and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve complete & accurate data
• Adhere to contract standards and a thorough understanding of those terms
• Resolve customer challenges related to data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Distribution, foodservice, or master data management experience preferred
• Prior experience with contractual terms is preferred
• Sense of urgency and excellent customer service skills
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Mastery of Microsoft Excel including pivots and lookups
• Power BI and/or SQL knowledge may be preferred
