About the role
The qualified candidate will support the Army G-2 with comprehensive operational intelligence integration and data-centric support. The candidate will respond to requirements across multiple theaters of operation, helping commanders to establish and sustain a Common Operating Picture. Core services include cross-domain solutions, secure network access, data management, systems integration, and access relevant reporting across U.S. and multinational platforms.
Responsibilities
- Support the Army G-2 with comprehensive operational intelligence integration and data-centric support.
- Respond to requirements across multiple theaters of operation, helping commanders to establish and sustain a Common Operating Picture.
- Provide data integration support in the form of data governance, data architecture, data warehousing, data quality management, metadata management, data operations management, and data discovery.
- Lead a team and manage work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination.
- Draft and maintain documentation such as SOPs and produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts.
- Interact with small groups on data and information requirements and coordination tasks.
- Work with bilateral or multilateral partners in the areas of intelligence information sharing or intelligence data/system interoperability.
- Deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences.
- Draft and maintain documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures and produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts.
Requirements
- Active DoD TS/SCI clearance (with ability to obtain a CI poly).
- Clearance: Active DoD TS/SCI (with ability to obtain a CI poly).
- Location: Ft. Belvoir, VA (on-site).
Qualifications
- 4 years of demonstrated experience providing data integration support in the form of data governance, data architecture, data warehousing, data quality management, metadata management, data operations management, and data discovery.
- 4 years demonstrated experience leading a team and managing work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination.
- Demonstrated experience in foreign disclosure, intelligence dissemination, or demonstrated ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to draft and maintain documentation such as SOPs and ability to produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to interact with small groups on data and information requirements and coordination tasks.
- Demonstrated experience working with bilateral or multilateral partners in the areas of intelligence information sharing or intelligence data/system interoperability.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to draft and maintain documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures and ability to produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts.
Desired Education
- Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. Or equivalent educations of an Associates degree with 7 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline OR High School Diploma with 9 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline.
- Ability to obtain DoDD 8140.01 (formerly DoDD 8570.01- M) certification / IT Level II within 30 calendar days of indoctrination at HQ INSCOM.
