Data Governance Lead

About the role

The Data Governance Lead will be responsible for establishing and maintaining robust data governance practices across the organization. This includes overseeing the implementation of Data Collibra, Data Catalog, Data Lineage, and Data Quality initiatives to ensure consistent and accurate data management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and execution of data governance policies and procedures
• Manage the implementation and maintenance of Data Collibra, Data Catalog, Data Lineage, and Data Quality tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on data governance strategies and objectives
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate data quality and governance effectiveness
• Provide guidance and training to team members on data governance best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in data governance, data cataloging, data lineage, and data quality
• Experience with Data Collibra, Data Catalog, Data Lineage, and Data Quality tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
