Key Accountabilities
- Support the team in the execution and monitoring of recurring maintenance reports to ensure data accuracy and process consistency.
- Aid in identifying, tracking, and documenting discrepancies or errors identified through maintenance reporting activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to facilitate timely resolution of data and system-related issues.
- Maintain clear and organized documentation of findings, actions taken, and resolutions to support auditability and continuous improvement efforts.
- Contribute to process standardization by following established procedures and suggesting improvements where recurring issues are identified.
Required Qualifications
- General understanding of Bill of Materials (BOMs), Routings, and Item Master Data
- Very good data analysis skills using Excel
- Highly organized
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or 5 years related experience in manufacturing or engineering data support in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, documentation control and support, or product configuration
- Experience in JD Edwards, Oracle, SAP, or other modern ERP/MRP systems
