Data & Epidemiology Analytics Director

Role: The Director of Real-World Data & Epidemiology (RWD & Epi) Analytics leads the design, execution, and communication of observational studies using diverse real-world data sources. Responsibilities: Collaborate with asset leaders to develop study protocols, perform feasibility assessments, conduct survival and economic modeling, manage data analysis, and interpret results for technical and non-technical audiences. Lead pilots for AI applications, evaluate new data modalities, mentor scientists, and define standardized processes for study execution and data management. Contribute to infrastructure development, ensure compliance, and support strategic objectives within the department. Qualifications & Skills: Requires a graduate degree (PhD or Master's) in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, or related fields with 10+ years of experience in RWE and epidemiology analytics. Expertise in observational study design, advanced statistical methods, and proficiency in programming languages (SAS, R, Python). Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills are essential, with oncology experience preferred. Key Duties: Manage study lifecycle from feasibility to reporting, evaluate emerging data modalities, lead AI initiatives, mentor team members, and contribute to analytics infrastructure. Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, applying strategic and scientific expertise to inform clinical and market decisions.
