About The Opportunity A leading manufacturer and retailer in the home improvement and bathroom fixtures industry, we design, produce, and distribute premium bath products across the United States. With a focus on operational efficiency and customer-centric order fulfillment, we’re expanding our back-office team to support rapid growth—offering a stable, fast-paced, on-site role for detail-oriented professionals who thrive in structured, high-volume environments. Role & Responsibilities Accurately enter customer orders, product specifications, and inventory data into internal ERP and CRM systems with near-zero error rates.Verify and cross-check incoming purchase orders, shipping details, and pricing against vendor catalogs and internal databases.Maintain real-time updates to order status, shipment tracking, and inventory logs to ensure seamless coordination between sales, warehouse, and logistics teams.Input and format data from scanned documents, emails, and phone notes into standardized digital templates following strict formatting guidelines.Flag discrepancies, outdated records, or incomplete entries to supervisors for resolution within SLA timeframes.Support internal reporting by preparing clean, organized datasets and exporting reports in Excel, PDF, or CSV formats as needed.
