We Build with Passion — Clean Harbors Kimball, NE is seeking a Data Entry professional for the Training Department to support site training tracking and document version control.
Pay
$20.50 - $22 per hour, paid weekly.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
Responsibilities
- Record all pertinent employee training data in Excel and employee electronic files.
- Ensure all learning resources, rosters, quizzes, and supporting information are stored in centralized document management systems (Oracle, Excel, Sway, Microsoft Office Forms, Employee Files).
- Maintain electronic learning resources version control for SOP, PMP, SMP, Safety Standards, and electronic training documents in appropriate locations, including Kimball SharePoint sites.
- Support data entry for basic training needs related to standard business processes and company policies by assisting in the creation of site-specific training quizzes for SOP, PMP, SMP, Safety Standards, and other requested training materials.
- Organize and file employee training documents, including electronic and hard copy items, to employee files.
- Perform data entry work and other office-related duties (e.g., scanning documents, filing).
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by management based on the needs of Clean Harbors.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficient in Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office.
- Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple registries.
- Team collaboration and strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving, and effective communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and self-motivated.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Valid US driver’s license.
