About the Role
The Call Center & Data Entry Representative is responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer communications while accurately processing sensitive information in a fast-paced remote environment. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality while delivering outstanding customer service and meeting productivity standards.

Responsibilities
- Customer Service & Call Center Support
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Respond to customer inquiries using established procedures and scripts.
- Provide accurate information and exceptional customer service.
- Route calls to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Process customer interactions through phone, email, chat, and callback channels.
- Maintain professionalism during high-volume customer interactions.
- Data Entry & Documentation
- Perform accurate data entry and verification of sensitive information.
- Complete call logs and administrative documentation promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Update customer information using proprietary software systems.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and confidential.
- Support administrative tasks related to daily operations.
- Research & Issue Resolution
- Research customer inquiries using available resources.
- Provide accurate information to callers based on company procedures.
- Identify complex issues requiring additional investigation.
- Escalate unresolved cases to the appropriate research team.
- Communicate operational challenges to leadership promptly.
- Support timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Safeguard confidential financial, medical, and legal information.
- Follow documented team procedures and compliance standards.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and productivity.
- Adhere to departmental quality expectations.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and security requirements.

Requirements
- Required Qualifications
- Current resident within 50 miles of Beaverton, Oregon.
- Minimum of six months of recent experience in a call center or remote customer service role.
- Intermediate computer proficiency.
- Basic data entry skills.
- Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
- Proven reliability with excellent attendance history.
- Ability to remain seated at a workstation for extended periods.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling sensitive or confidential customer information.
- Experience using customer service software and case management systems.
- Familiarity with multi-channel customer support, including phone, email, and chat.
