Data Entry Operator / Entry Level (Remote)

One New Creation is hiring for a remote, full-time Data Entry Operator role open to candidates in the United States. This position supports customer scheduling, moving-service coordination, records, logistics, service follow-up, and operational workflows through accurate data entry and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records, structured data, reports, or documentation used across customer scheduling, moving-service coordination, logistics, and operational workflows.
• Review source information for completeness, formatting, consistency, and traceability before updating approved systems.
• Prepare or update spreadsheets, reports, dashboards, files, or tracking records that support operational workflows.
• Follow documented quality-control steps to protect data accuracy, confidentiality, and reviewability.
• Communicate status, questions, discrepancies, and completed work clearly to ensure reliable information flow.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to perform data entry or closely related work with reliable accuracy and follow-through.
• Comfort using remote-work tools, web-based systems, spreadsheets, email, shared documents, and business software.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including documenting questions, decisions, and exceptions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines, repetitive tasks, or multiple priorities without compromising quality.
• Authorization to work in the United States and ability to maintain reliable internet access and a private workspace.

Pay

Base compensation: $35,000–$45,000 per year, depending on experience and role alignment.
