Data Entry Keyer

Contract role, remote. 10–40 hours per week at $20–$35/hour.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce expert-level evaluation tasks simulating real-world data entry challenges for AI agents.
• Construct and curate large, complex datasets with realistic errors for AI training.
• Define correct final states for tasks, specifying error cases and reconciliation requirements.
• Author detailed grading rubrics focusing on accuracy and completeness in error detection.
• Ensure tasks mirror the complexity and standards of regulated or audit-sensitive environments.
• Collaborate asynchronously to iterate and refine evaluation materials.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in data entry, quality assurance, or data validation within regulated domains.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve high accuracy standards with measurable error rates.
• Strong skills in detecting and analyzing data inconsistencies across diverse file types.
• Proficient written English for drafting complex evaluation tasks and grading rubrics.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a disciplined, process-oriented work style.
• Experience in projects with high stakes for compliance, accuracy, or data integrity.
