Data Entry Clerk (Remote)

About the role

This is a 100% remote, full-time role open to candidates in the United States. The position supports technical support, customer service, project coordination, data, systems, documentation, and digital operations through responsibilities appropriate to the Data Entry Clerk function.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records, structured data, reports, or documentation used across technical support, customer service, project coordination, data, systems, documentation, and digital operations.
• Review source information for completeness, formatting, consistency, and traceability before updating approved systems.
• Prepare or update spreadsheets, reports, dashboards, files, or tracking records that support the workflow.
• Follow documented quality-control steps to protect data accuracy, confidentiality, and reviewability.
• Communicate status, questions, discrepancies, and completed work clearly so the function operates from reliable information.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to perform data entry work, or closely related training or experience, with reliable accuracy and follow-through.
• Comfort using remote-work tools, web-based systems, spreadsheets, email, shared documents, and role-appropriate business software.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document questions, decisions, status, and exceptions.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines, repetitive tasks, or multiple priorities without losing record quality.
• Authorization to work in the United States and the ability to maintain reliable internet access and a suitable private workspace.
