About the Opportunity

The Data Entry Clerk role is essential for maintaining accurate and efficient data systems that support the organization’s operations. This fully remote position contributes to data integrity and accessibility, enabling informed decision-making across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain large volumes of data in databases and computer systems.
  • Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct any issues.
  • Organize and sort information for easy access and retrieval.
  • Generate reports and extract data upon request.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection standards.
  • Perform regular data backups.
  • Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar administrative role.
  • High typing speed and accuracy with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and strong computer skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines without supervision.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay Range and Compensation Package

Salary: $35 - $38 USD per hour.
