Data Engineering Tech Lead

For our client, a leader in the healthcare space, we are seeking a Data Engineering Tech Lead to join their team. This role focuses on cloud-enabled scalability, reliability, and delivery excellence, partnering with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with technical stakeholders to safeguard the application architecture
• Act as a subject matter expert for software applications supported by the team
• Provide deep technical guidance to navigate challenges and issues
• Communicate and manage expectations with internal customers and vendors
• Analyze existing operations to evaluate and implement process improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information, or a related field
• 12-15 years of experience in data engineering with a focus on ETL and Cloud technologies
• Proficiency in Informatica ETL tools, SQL, and Azure Cloud platforms, ideally Azure
• Experience designing and developing ETL processes using Informatica IDMC
• Hands-on expertise in Azure-based data pipelining and debugging pipelines

Pay

$120,000 – $145,000 annually
