About the role
Location: Charlotte, NC. Contract length: 12 months with intent to extend to 24 months. This Specialty Software Engineer 4 role supports the Capital Markets Investment Banking Technology organization as part of a broader Data Modernization Strategy initiative. The engineer will help design and implement best-in-class data solutions that support risk, capital, and investment banking applications while expanding the capabilities of the front-office technology platform. The role requires strong Python engineering expertise, deep SQL Server knowledge, and experience building scalable distributed applications and APIs. The engineer will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into modern data solutions, increase Agile delivery capacity, and contribute to strategic modernization efforts across the Capital Markets technology stack.
