Data Engineering Architect

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Snowflake Architect / Data Architect to design and build a modern cloud data platform using Snowflake, AWS, Informatica, dbt, and Apache Iceberg. The ideal candidate will develop scalable, governed, and high-performance data solutions while supporting enterprise analytics, AI, and business intelligence initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable cloud data architectures and pipelines.
• Develop data models and transformation workflows using Snowflake, dbt, and Informatica.
• Build and optimize enterprise data solutions on AWS.
• Implement data governance, metadata management, lineage, and data quality standards.
• Design reusable data products for analytics and AI applications.
• Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to deliver trusted data solutions.
• Ensure security, scalability, and performance across the data platform.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Snowflake, AWS, SQL, and Python.
• Hands-on expertise with dbt, Informatica, and ETL/ELT development.
• Experience with Apache Iceberg and modern data lakehouse architectures.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, metadata, governance, and data architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale cloud data platforms.
