Data Engineer / Senior Data Engineer

About the role

We're seeking a Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building smart data systems and a strong background in data engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable, secure, and resilient data pipelines
• Own and enhance our enterprise Business Intelligence platform
• Partner with Finance and IT teams to transform raw data into meaningful insights
• Lead ETL processes, ensuring they are optimized, reliable, and future-ready
• Automate reporting workflows, ensure data quality, and drive innovation in data journeys
• Explore new technologies and cloud environments (AWS or Azure)
• Maintain top-notch documentation and adhere to best practices in data warehousing, security, and compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• 1+ years of professional experience developing data warehouses
• Experience with Microsoft BI tools (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Power BI)
• Strong SQL programming skills and knowledge of Kimball data warehouse modeling
• Master of the Databricks platform and Python programming
• A team player mindset, listening, collaborating, and helping others grow

Qualifications

• Experience with Azure / AWS
• Proficiency in Databricks and Python
