We are seeking a Data Engineer to develop and support reliable data pipelines, database solutions, and reporting integrations across PostgreSQL, SQL, Databricks, and the DataConnect reporting environment using AWS QuickSight. The ideal candidate can translate requirements into maintainable code and contribute independently while partnering with senior engineers, data scientists, analysts, and DevOps team members.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain data pipelines and transformation workflows using SQL, Python, Databricks, and cloud technologies.
• Develop and optimize PostgreSQL database objects, queries, data models, and data-access patterns.
• Build and maintain integrations that support DataConnect reporting through AWS QuickSight and Databricks.
• Develop API services and reusable components that facilitate secure data access and system integration.
• Support extraction, transformation, and loading of data from multiple sources while meeting functional and non-functional requirements.
• Create and maintain data-quality checks, validation jobs, monitoring, and operational alerts.
