About the role
Join our dynamic team as a Data Engineer. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining data pipelines and systems.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable data pipelines using technologies like Apache Kafka, Spark, and Hadoop.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Optimize data processing workflows to improve efficiency and reduce latency.
- Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous testing and validation processes.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in big data technologies and implement them in projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in data engineering or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
