Location
This role is based at Ramsey Solutions Headquarters in Franklin, TN—on-site with relocation assistance and flexible schedules available.

Pay
$88,920–$120,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits. Range depends on skill level and overall experience.

Responsibilities
- Rebuild the data foundation for Real Estate at RamseyTrusted, migrating scattered legacy models onto a clean, medallion-based architecture.
- Build reusable data models anchored to shared dimensions and key facts, instrumenting pipelines with tests to surface issues early.
- Collaborate with the Real Estate team to ensure data trust, understanding, and self-sufficiency in answering questions.
- Develop and maintain data warehouses, data marts, and scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using modern tools.
- Create trusted dashboards, reports, and key business metrics as the single source of truth for stakeholders.
- Monitor and improve data quality through validation, testing, and reliability processes.
- Work with technical and non-technical teams to deliver data products that support informed decision-making.
- Maintain expertise in core business data and analytical models to provide accurate insights and recommendations.
- Document data models, business logic, and processes for transparency and long-term usability.
- Recommend and implement best practices for data modeling, analytics engineering, and data governance.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience building data pipelines and data warehouses.
- Hands-on skill in Python, SQL, and ETL/ELT development.
- Experience with tools like dbt and cloud data warehouses (e.g., AWS Redshift).
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools.
- Preference for building data products over attending meetings.
- Self-sufficiency and intellectual curiosity to tackle ambiguous problems.
- Enjoyment in teaching and mentoring others.
- Strong drive to deliver results and ship dependable work.
