What You'll Be Doing
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Spark, SQL, and Python.
- Build and optimize ETL/ELT processes to support enterprise reporting and operational needs.
- Develop efficient data models and database solutions to enable high-performance analytics workloads.
- Partner with business stakeholders and product teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Create and maintain dashboards and visualizations using Power BI and Tableau to provide actionable insights.
What We're Looking For
- Deep technical expertise in Databricks, Delta Lake, SQL, and Python.
- Strong experience with modern Business Intelligence platforms such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Proven ability to support the ingestion and integration of clinical, claims, and provider datasets.
- Experience with workflow orchestration tools and modern DevOps practices using GitHub.
