Data Collection Supervisor, Optimus

What To Expect

The Data Collection Supervisor will help manage Tesla’s Optimus data collection team and be an expert on our data collection workflows. This role requires an elevated level of flexibility, ability to lead a team, review and manage data collection output. Onsite presence is required at our Denver location and other surrounding facilities.

What You'll Do

• Plan and coordinate data collection schedules and activities across workflows and locations
• Monitor equipment health and performance, and be a point of contact between the data collection/engineering/technician teams
• Review/Approve operator timecards/expense reports/travel requests and schedule shifts for Data Collection Operators
• Monitor data collection metrics and use them to inform operator performance management
• Conduct regular data audits to identify and correct errors or discrepancies
• Recommend and implement process improvements or new tools to enhance data collection efficiency

Pay

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $82,800 to $124,200 annually, with additional cash and stock awards and benefits for all levels. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
