About the role
The H.K. and Eva James School of Education Data Collection and Support Coordinator will support the Department Chair, faculty, and staff within the H.K. and Eva James School of Education on all aspects of data collection and support that is related to gaining and maintaining compliance with the requirements of national, regional, and state accreditation agencies.
Responsibilities
- Maintain existing and establish new processes to ensure an organized system of evidence collection.
- Support the Department Chair, faculty, and staff of the H.K. and Eva James School of Education and appropriate delegates to ensure data integrity.
- Ensure the maintenance of effective document storage and retrieval procedures.
- Coordinate with the H.K. and Eva James School of Education faculty and staff for report creation and submission in order to meet the support requirements specified by the HLC, ODHE, ODE, and CAEP.
- Assist with other H.K. and Eva James School of Education projects and initiatives as requested by the Department Chair.
Requirements
- Technical expertise with data models and data mining techniques.
- Experience with reporting packages, such as Power BI, and databases, such as SQL.
- Proficient in Microsoft office capabilities.
- Adept at report writing and presenting findings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or experience in data related field.
- Some travel may be required on a limited basis.
- Occasional weekend events.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 annually.
Schedule
The position is designed to be hybrid, with face-to-face time in Columbus based upon accreditation preparation and visit needs. Occasional flexible work schedules in order to meet periodic deadlines are required.
