About the Role

The Data Center Logistics Training Coordinator is responsible for designing, organizing, delivering, and tracking training programs that ensure data center operations staff are skilled, certified, and compliant with safety and operational standards. This role bridges the gap between technical subject matter experts and frontline teams by managing the full training lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain training curricula for data center technicians, engineers, and operations staff (e.g., electrical, mechanical, networking, safety).
  • Coordinate new-hire onboarding programs specific to data center environments.
  • Schedule and facilitate instructor-led training, virtual sessions, hands-on labs, and e-learning modules.
  • Collaborate with the Product Management team and SMEs to create and review technical content.
  • Plan training logistics and create communication templates for large technical rollouts.
  • Develop course materials, including slide decks, online learning courses, On the Job Training (OJTs), assessments, and SOPs.
  • Support the creation of digital content such as videos and interactive materials for a Learning Management System (LMS).

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Learning and Development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Learning and Development or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal, multi-tasking, and writing skills.
  • Curiosity and passion for learning.
  • Ability to collaborate and influence across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Exemplary customer service mindset, high motivation, and a team player.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey ideas independently.
  • Availability and willingness to travel.

Skills

  • Experience in technical writing is advantageous.
  • Relevant experience in computer sciences is advantageous.
  • Project management experience.
