We're hiring multiple Data Center Structured Cabling Technicians for a large data center in Hermiston, OR. This is a great opportunity to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Structured Cabling Installation – Perform installation, routing, termination, labeling, and testing of copper and fiber cabling systems in accordance with ANSI/TIA standards.
  • Network Infrastructure Deployment – Support rack integration, device mounting, cable management, and connectivity for network and technology infrastructure environments.
  • Installation & Staging Support – Execute equipment staging, asset labeling, site preparation, and deployment activities to support efficient project execution.
  • Data Center & Telecommunications Experience – Work in structured cabling environments, telecommunications rooms, MDF/IDF installations, and data center infrastructure.
  • Project Execution & Team Collaboration – Support all phases of installation projects, working effectively with project teams to meet timelines, quality standards, and customer requirements.

Requirements

  • 2-5+ years of industry experience (Construction, low voltage, security installation, cabling, telecom, hardware technician, deployment & implementation).
  • Ability to work independently and within large teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage onsite relationships with multiple internal and external teams during system implementation.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing tasks throughout the day.
  • Proven record of driving success and delivering results by removing barriers.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $35.00/hr. Individual compensation will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite, contract position based in Kennewick, WA.
